Rachel Guerra, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist, Owner

Rachel received her degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington in 2011. Her early experience as an SLP included amazing mentorship in pediatric feeding and swallowing and working in both an outpatient clinic and inpatient NICU setting. It was when Rachel moved home to NWA in 2017 that she discovered her passion for in-home therapy and she has been on a mission to provide the best natural-environment therapy possible ever since. She opened Casa Pediatric Care in May of 2020.

Sydney Dodson, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Sydney completed her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Northeastern State University in 2015. Sydney has worked most of her career in early intervention programs in Texas and Oklahoma before moving to NWA in 2023. Her work in EI has allowed her to serve many children and their families by building relationships and skills in the home and other natural environment settings. Sydney has a passion for supporting early communication milestones. Sydney joined the CPC team in the Spring of 2024.

Melissa Mabry, otd, otr/l

Occupational Therapist

Melissa completed her undergraduate degree at the UofA in Fayetteville and then went on to get her Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Belmont University in Nashville in 2021. She has worked with both adults and children, but has a special passion for supporting young children with functional skills within their school or home. Specific areas of interest include supporting autistic children, developing social and emotional skills, and connecting through creative play.  Melissa joined the CPC team in the Fall of 2023 as our first Occupational Therapist.

Melanie borgstadt, mPT

Physical Therapist

Melanie graduated with her Masters in Physical Therapy from Wichita State University in 2002. Melanie has spent 18 years of her career working with pediatrics in settings including pediatric ICU, NICU, EI, and schools. Most recently she worked 6 years in Early Intervention in Colorado. Melanie is experienced and passionate about supporting young children in their natural environments by targeting family-centered, functional goals and using caregiver coaching. Melanie joined the CPC team in 2023.

Ana Rosas

Administrative Coordinator

Ana joined the Casa Pediatric Care team in early 2023 to contribute her highly-organized and detail-oriented brain and skillset to the admin side of CPC. Ana is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has a rich background in medical administration. She is the mother of four and is an amazing resource for advocating for children with complex medical or educational needs and navigating medical and insurance systems. Having her join our team is a dream come true!

Ben Stafford, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Ben received his degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Harding University in 2013. After starting his career as an SLP working in early intervention in Houston, he moved to NWA in 2017 where he continued to work in pediatrics, focusing on supporting young children with feeding difficulties. He joined the Casa Pediatric Care team in April 2021. He has a passion for Early Intervention and parent coaching in addition to being highly skilled at supporting communication and a wide variety of Pediatric Feeding Disorders.

ryann Collins, MCD, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Ryann received her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Arkansas State University in 2019. Ryann has a love for pediatrics, and has been providing early intervention services in-home across NWA since the start of her career. Specific passions in her field include supporting feeding, communication, and the use of AAC (alternative-augmentative communication) through child-led, play-based approaches.  Ryann joined the CPC team in the Winter of 2025.​

chelsea weckbach, MS, otr/l

Occupational Therapist

Chelsea received her occupational therapy degree from Eastern Kentucky in 2019. Chelsea has worked with both adult and pediatric populations; having started in early intervention, then transitioning to in-patient care at The Christ Hospital and Cincinnati Children's Hospital in Ohio. She has extensive experience in the NICU, PICU, and CICU working with medically fragile and complex pediatric populations. Chelsea has a special interest in feeding and supporting overall development.​ Chelsea joined the CPC team in the Winter of 2024 after relocating from Kentucky.

Angie Havens, MS, PT

Physical Therapist

Angie has been practicing as a pediatric Physical Therapist since she completed the PT program at Texas Woman's University in 2007. Angie’s treatment philosophy is to work closely with each family on developing a treatment plan that not only achieves functional outcomes that matter to the family, but ones that enable the child to succeed in their passions and play. Specific areas of interest include using Total Motion Release to treat torticollis/postural asymmetries. Angie joined the CPC team in the Fall of 2022 after relocating to Northwest Arkansas from Texas.
